Answered honestly.
Any time, in a single click. An upgrade is charged straight away, prorated against what you have already paid for the current period. A downgrade takes effect at the start of the next cycle, so you keep what you paid for until then. No phone calls, no retention scripts.
Nothing is charged without you. Paid plans send unlimited emails. Past your plan's contacts, imports are refused, while sign-ups from your forms are kept and added as soon as there is room. On the free plan, sending stops at its monthly email limit until the next month. We warn you at 80% and at 100% of your contacts.
A contact is one email address or phone number in your account, even when it is in several of your lists. Unsubscribed, blocked and disabled contacts do not count.
No. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
The monthly allowance is replaced, not stacked: whatever is left when the next allowance lands expires with it. Credit packs you buy separately never expire, which is what makes them the way to keep headroom between cycles.
Free, Starter and Growth use our warmed shared pool, curated by sender reputation. Pro includes one dedicated IP, warmed automatically over four weeks. Growth can add one on request.
Yes, and every account starts on it, with no credit card: 2,500 contacts, 10,000 emails per month, 500 emails per day, 1 user, 3 active automations, 1 landing page, and 50 AI credits per month. It is there to try Delyst for real, not to send at volume. Move to a paid plan whenever you outgrow it: your data and content come with you.
For very large lists, or needs the plans do not cover: dedicated IPs and sending pools, help moving from your current tool, a named contact, a contract and invoicing made for your company. Tell us about your project on the contact page and we come back to you with a proposal.
SPF, DKIM, DMARC (with aggregation), BIMI, and List-Unsubscribe One-Click (RFC 8058). Each one is checked before a domain is allowed to send, and DMARC aggregate reports are ingested and summarised per domain, which almost no ESP exposes.
